Currently wondering what I have to do to balance this all together. A part of me thinks that it's possible, a part of me thinks not.

We are strange creatures ain't we. In a bad mood, but all we have got to do is smile, do a sm-eyes, and tell ourselves that we're happy, that's all it take to change our perception of things.

Hating something, all we have got to do is tell ourselves that we like it, and we will. So why all the hating when liking is actually simple? Easier said than done you might say, but hey, it is that simple. Give it a try, you'll be amazed.

Likewise, frown, and you'll feel the dark clouds rumbling in. It's that quick and simple. We do have control over our own emotions. Pain being one, is controllable. Sadness, happiness, anger too. We cannot control what that may cause us to feel, but we can definitely control if we want to feel it or not.

Theory lessons do work sometimes.
